The Institute for Dental Specialists (IDS) is a consulting/coaching service for dental specialists and their referral sources. Started in 2014, IDS members take advantage of a full-service library with video training modules for doctors and staff in phone scheduling, case presentation and acceptance, staff responsibility, interoffice communication, effective scheduling, employment tactics, and so much more. The IDS program is there to make you the “go to” specialist in your area.
